We have 79 yearly lots serviced with power and water,  all lots are on a yearly lease. We wanted to create an amazing camping experience, so we created each lot unique.
There is  a park in the middle and a man-made lake within walking distance where you can swim. The campers have created a friendly little environment and community down here.

We only allow small dog breeds in the campground, and must stay in a leash. This has always been a rule and will continue in the future.

We have no lots currently available.
To purchase a lot you would need to make a private deal with an existing member. There is a list at the clubhouse with lots for rent/sale. Please check with Ashley or Braden at the clubhouse before finalizing any deals.
 
We also have 9 powered day spots in the campground. These book up quickly, so be sure to book in advance!
